LSO is focusing on three cancers for the initial development of Litx: hepatocellular carcinoma (hepatoma), metastatic colorectal cancer (MCRC), and glioblastoma multiforme (glioma). In addition to these, a clinical development program is underway to investigate the use of Litx to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
